DazzleWing Portal provides online healthcare consultation services connecting patients with licensed Canadian physicians. Our services include:
- Virtual medical consultations
- Digital prescriptions
- Specialist referrals
- Medical record management
- Follow-up care coordination
Our services are designed to complement, not replace, traditional healthcare and emergency services.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (or have parental consent)
- Must be a resident of Canada
- Must have valid provincial health insurance
- Must provide accurate and complete information
Account Responsibility:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Medical Disclaimers and Limitations
Not Emergency Services:
Our services are NOT intended for medical emergencies. For life-threatening situations, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Scope of Services:
- Services are limited to conditions suitable for telemedicine
- Physical examinations cannot be performed remotely
- Some conditions require in-person evaluation
- Laboratory tests and imaging must be arranged separately
Physician-Patient Relationship:
A physician-patient relationship is established only when a consultation is completed. Physicians maintain the right to decline treatment if they determine the condition requires in-person care.

Refund Policy:

- Physicians maintain independent professional liability
- Technology failures beyond our control are not our responsibility
This limitation does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws.

All physicians using our platform:
- Are licensed in good standing with provincial medical colleges
- Maintain professional liability insurance
- Follow professional medical standards and ethics
- Participate in quality assurance programs
- Complete continuing medical education requirements
12. Termination
Your Right to Terminate:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Medical records will be retained as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior

13. Governing Law
